Austin Fiscal’s mission is to return the maximum amount of funds held in escrow by The City of Austin to the Project Developer, Property Owner, or appropriate Applicant.  We have the required expertise and resources to accomplish what can seem to be the insurmountable tasks necessary to have funds returned years and sometimes decades after the fees where initially submitted to The City of Austin.

Bryant is the Founding Partner for Austin Fiscal, LLC and has worked as a Civil Engineer in Austin and the surrounding areas since 2007.  Bryant has accrued extensive knowledge of the City of Austin processes, procedures, fees, and fiscals and expertly navigates any and all obstacles standing in the way of returning funds to it’s clients. Bryant has developed strong working relationships with multiple City of Austin Departments:  Austin Development Services, Austin Transportation, Austin Water, Austin Energy, and others.  Bryant graduated with Bachelors in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas in 2007.  Texas P.E. Licensed #111283 since 2012.
